A large GCC ministry sought to revolutionize its employee experience by digitizing services across five General Directorates, including Human Resources, IT, and Facilities Management.

Facing a landscape characterized by manual processes, unintegrated systems, and disparatetouchpoints, the ministry requested Granite’s expertise to evaluate their digital maturity and identify a prioritized path forward. The objective was to eliminate friction and ensure greater alignment between workplace functions and employee needs through a modern, user-centric digital interface.
